Refund Policy

At Wonderland Clinic, we strive to provide a smooth and professional telemedicine experience for all patients. Due to the nature of medical consultation services, the following refund policy applies to all payments made through our platform.


1. Consultation Fees

All payments made for telemedicine consultations are for the booking and processing of a licensed medical consultation service.

Once a consultation has been initiated with a doctor, consultation fees are generally non-refundable.


2. Cancellation Policy

Patients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time for a full refund (minus payment processing fees).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for refund.


3. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by the patient
  • Doctor failed to join the consultation (provider no-show)
  • Technical failure on Wonderland Clinic's side that prevented consultation
  • Payment charged but appointment was never scheduled or confirmed
  • Incorrect charge amount due to system error

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Patient changes their mind after consultation has begun
  • Patient missed the appointment or did not respond during scheduled time
  • Dissatisfaction with medical advice provided by a licensed doctor
  • Prescription not issued due to medical judgment or legal compliance
  • Technical issues on the patient's side (internet connection, device problems)
  • Incorrect information submitted by the patient

Medical decisions remain solely at the discretion of the licensed physician.


5. Prescription Approval

Payment for consultation services does not guarantee prescription approval.

All prescriptions are issued based on:

  • Medical evaluation by a licensed doctor
  • Patient eligibility requirements
  • Compliance with Thai regulations

Doctors reserve the right to decline prescription issuance when medically or legally appropriate.


6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, patients must contact Wonderland Clinic support within 7 days of the transaction date.

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Transaction reference or receipt number
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for refund request

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.

Important: Due to payment processing fees, refunds will be 97% of the original payment amount. The remaining 3% covers non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment processor.


8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate your case by contacting:

Disputes must be submitted within 14 days of the original refund decision.


9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Wonderland Clinic reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks where consultation services were successfully delivered.

Accounts suspected of abuse, fraud, or misuse may be restricted or denied future access to services.
