- Thermotherapy: Soak feet in warm water (35 - 38°C) infused with Thai herbs for 10 - 15 minutes. Stimulates blood circulation and internal organ function. Ideal for those with diabetes mellitus
- Cryotherapy: Soak feet in cold water (10 - 15°C) for 1-2 minutes. Slows blood circulation, aiding in anti-inflammation and cancer prevention
